Groceries: buy fresh every day or one big weekly shop?

Fresh daily if you can afford the time, but realistically most people need that Sunday mega-shop to stay sane.

Weekly shop saves time and money. I meal plan on Sunday and I'm done with grocery stress for the week.

Fresh every day sounds nice but who actually has time for that?

One big shop is the only way—frozen veg, pantry staples, done. Less impulse buying too.

Depends on your schedule honestly. I work crazy hours so weekly is the only thing that works.
