The old give way to the young, or wisdom leads?

Old leaders cling to what worked in 1995. We need fresh perspective or we die as a society.

The real answer is that wisdom often comes FROM experience, which young people don't have yet. Can't skip steps.

Young people have better ideas about the future because they actually have to live in it

History literally shows societies that listened to elders lasted longer. That's not negotiable.

Every generation thinks they know better until they're old and the next gen proves them wrong lol

Youth has energy but wisdom prevents catastrophic mistakes. We need both but wisdom has to steer.
