Street protest in 2026: still changes things, or just noise?

Depends entirely on what follows. Protest alone? Dead. Protest + legal strategy + organized follow-through? Still a path.

The thing is, structural change needs pressure. Protest keeps issues alive when media tries to bury them. Still matters, just slowly.

Look at Hong Kong, Sudan, Myanmar—power absolutely stopped listening. Street protest is theater for people who already agree.
