Longer life or fuller life — one has to give?

Fuller. Seen too many people chase years at the expense of actually living them.

I want both but if I'm honest, a full 50 beats a half-empty 80.

Longer life means more time for fullness to develop. Growing old has its own richness.

This is a false choice. But if forced? Fuller. You can't buy back experiences.

Live longer if you can stay healthy and engaged. Doesn't have to be either/or.
