AI isn't certain enough. Memory lapses happen for lots of reasons. You'd be causing panic for nothing.

My grandma went through this. Telling her gently beforehand actually helped her process it better when the doctor confirmed it. Just saying.

This is such a hard call. But I think they'd want to know from someone who loves them, not a sterile doctor's office. Give them that dignity.
