AI ends all war — but monitors everyone forever. Worth it?

The real question: who controls the AI? Because that determines everything.

End all war? Yes. Forever surveillance? Also yes, sadly. Evolution demands sacrifice sometimes.

This assumes the AI stays benevolent and the data actually stays secure. Both are huge ifs.

who decides what 'forever monitoring' means? Today it's war prevention, tomorrow it's crushing dissent. No thanks.

If AI genuinely stops wars, millions don't die. The monitoring is the price we pay. I'd take it.
