I get the thought experiment but the meeting framing is absurd. Nobody actually chooses a deal over a human collapse.

Call 911 and wait 30 seconds while help arrives. You can still make your meeting. This isn't binary.

Option B is honestly dystopian. What kind of person prioritizes a meeting over an unconscious stranger? I don't want to live in that world.

Depends if anyone else is around tbh. If there's literally nobody else nearby then yeah, stop. But if there's a crowd? Let someone else step up.

This is actually easy. A human life in front of you always comes first. That meeting will reschedule or it won't—but that person might not get another chance.
