System is broken either way but making customers feel guilty about tipping doesn't fix it—better wages do.

Honestly if you don't tip your server you're kind of a jerk. They're busting their butt for minimum wage.

Tip culture is out of hand. Pay them a proper wage and let tipping actually mean something.

Service workers shouldn't have to depend on tips to survive. It's literally part of keeping the business running.
