People are way too eager to be 'tough.' Spreading illness helps no one, least of all the people who rely on you getting better faster.

Depends what sick means. Runny nose? Go. Fever? Absolutely stay home.

This is exactly how my office got hit with flu last year. One person 'pushing through' and suddenly half the team is out.
