Income for life sounds amazing until you realize your identity gets erased. Been there. Money alone doesn't fill that void.

Real talk — most of us would be fine. The people who need 'purpose through work' are usually privileged enough to have chosen their jobs.

The assumption that UBI would actually happen is wild. Governments rarely follow through. I'd need proof before giving up my agency.
